PURPOSE:To lighten an installing process and miniturize, by forming two magnetic sensors at designated positions on one board and arranging the board at a designated position on a rotor. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic sensors 2A, 2B of magnetic resistors are formed at an angle alpha below half the magnetic pole angle on a board 2. The magnetic sensors 2A, 2B are formed by photolithography, after permalloy of, for instance, 83% of Ni and 17% of Fe is evaporated on a glass base by vacuum deposition. The magnetic field position of a rotor 6 is detected by the outputs of magnetic sensors 2A, 2B. |
