PURPOSE:To obtain a display output characteristic being more approximate against a continuous variation of the quantity of input, by deriving the number of times for switching the display at every constant interval of time, and obtaining a display output following in order and stepwise against the variation of the quantity of input. CONSTITUTION:A dividing circuit 6 divides a subtraction value output of a comparing circuit 5 by an optionally set variable value, and obtains a value of the number of times for switching the display in a constant interval of time. A display switching signal correspondig to this value of the number of times for switching the display is generated by a switching signal generating circuit 7, and by the timing of its output signal, the variable value is added and subtracted to and from the displaying output in accordance with whether a code signal is positive or negative, and a display output updated in order and stepwise whenever the display is switched is obtained, by an adding and subtracting circuit 8 provided on this device. |
