PURPOSE:To reduce wear of heat exchanger tubes considerably, by applying a coating layer of a wear-resisting material to the regions of the heat exchanger tubes where the velocity of a fluidized medium stirred in contact with the outer surfaces of the heat exchanger tubes is more than 30% greater than the apparent velocity of fluidizing air passed through a porous plate. CONSTITUTION:Coating layers 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, 6h of a wear-resisting material are applied to bends 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f and heat exchanger tubes 5g, 5h where the velocity of a fluidized medium moved in contact with the bends and the heat exchanger tubes is more than 30% greater than the apparent velocity of fluidizing air passed through a porous plate 3 disposed in a fluidized furnace. Here, 25% Cr, 12% Ni stainless steel or the like is used preferably as the wear-resisting material. |
