PURPOSE:To reduce the assembling work time, by incorporating a photosensitizer to a reactive two-pack adhesives polymerized and fixed with radical reaction, curing the adhesives rapidly through light irradiation and tentatively fixing each member. CONSTITUTION:After mixing a liquid A incorporating an organic peroxide and a liquid B incorporating a curing accelerator, the mixture is coated on a bonded part and a coated member is bonded. At this point, the organic peroxide in the liquid A is decomposed with the reaction accelerator in the liquid B and the polymerization is progressed with the radical reaction. While the adhesives is not cured, a light is irradiated to the exposed part of the adhesives. The radical reaction due to light is progressed at the same time for the irradiated part, the said part is cured in the unit of seconds, allowing to obtain the state of tentative fixing in a very short time. Finally, the radical polymerization due to the polymerization start agent is completed, allowing to obtain complete curing and bonding. |
