PURPOSE:To permit continuous and automatic folding-up of stockings without being deformed, by folding-up the both edge parts of a stocking so as to be rolled-up onto a thick board in use and further folding-up the stocking together with the board in the half-folded state. CONSTITUTION:A conveyance member 10 for intermittently and horizontally conveying the stocking H loaded in the extended state is installed onto a machine base frame 1, and a board feeding member 20 is also installed which takes-out one by one the boards 2 stored in a board storing box 15 horizontally installed on the machine base frame 1 and feeds the board onto the stocking H. A pair of holding levers 30 which, at the both side position of the supplied board 2, hold under pressure the stocking H onto the conveyance member 10 together with the board 2 are installed in free elevation, while the first folding-up member 40 for folding-up the both side parts of the stocking H onto the board 2 is also installed. |
