PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power supply device that has excellent resolution in controlling high voltage despite a manufacturing variation in characteristics of components constituting the high-voltage power supply device.SOLUTION: A high-voltage power supply device comprises a control part, frequency divider, converter, amplifier, transformer, and high voltage detection part. The control part executes a plurality of times processing of sweeping a voltage value of a voltage control signal and acquiring a change in voltage value of a high voltage detected by the high voltage detection part, while changing the division ratio of the frequency divider; specifies a division ratio where a range of a voltage value of the voltage control signal becomes maximum, proportionality is established between a change in voltage value of the voltage control signal and a change in voltage value of the high voltage in the range; and operates the frequency divider at the specified division ratio during supply of the high voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
