PURPOSE:To form a focal plate which has a desired out-of-focus extent by forming spherical hollows or projections, and allowing mutually adjacent boundary parts to contact each other linearly without forming a plane part or/and spherical part between the mutually adjacent boundary parts. CONSTITUTION:Conical bodies 12 on a focal plate 11 are spherical each having a peak at a center point 13 and forms lines in a plan together with adjacent conical bodies, and the lines form a hexagon. The lines 14 are boundaries between spherical surfaces, so they are curved. Each point 17 is an intersection of three conical bodies 12, and a point 16 is an intersection of two conical bodies, so the point 17 is deeper. Light incident from the left to the focal plate 11 is scattered by conical bodies 12. At this time, all of the incident light enters any of conical bodies, so there is no straight traveling light originating from a plane or curved part, improving the out-of-focus effect greatly. |
