PURPOSE:To prevent a strobe from being damaged when the camera is carried, and to facilitate its photographic operation by incorporating automatically the strobe in the camera when a front cover is closed, and taking automatically the strobe with a light emission attitude when the front cover is open. CONSTITUTION:When the front cover 10 in the closed state is opened at about 45 deg. to the body 8, a tension spring 39 operates thereafter to move automatically, a lens box 145 to a photographic position and the strobe 20 faces a subject. On the other hand, when the front cover 10 is closed after photography to fold the camera, the cut 29 of the 1st prop member 22 is pressed down with a figure and the front cover 10 is moved up at the same time. When the front cover 10 moves up to about 30 deg. to the camera body, the spring 39 operates thereafter to close completely and automatically the front cover 10, covering the strobe 20, lens box 14, and contracted bellows 12. Thus, the strobe is prevented from being damaged when the camera is carried, and strobe photography is facilitated. |
