PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor with which it is possible to reduce the effect of collision on doors of a vehicle in a configuration in which the pressure-receiving face of a sensor chip is covered with a protective member.SOLUTION: A circuit board 120 is accommodated in an accommodation chamber 112 so that one surface 121 is parallel to the installation plane 111 of a case 110. A first sensor chip 130 is installed on the one surface 121 of the circuit board 120, and a second sensor chip 140 is installed on the other surface 122. A first protective member 160 covers the first sensor chip 130, and a second protective member 170 covers the second sensor chip 140. The weight of the first protective member 160 on the unit area of a first pressure-receiving plane 131 and the weight of the second protective member 170 on the unit area of a second pressure-receiving plane 141 are the same. A circuit chip 150 acquires the sum of signal values of pressure signals inputted from the sensor chips 130, 140 and thereby cancels out an acceleration component included in each of the pressure signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
