PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin having excellent polymerizability and capable of lowering volume resistivity even with a small amount of mixture.SOLUTION: There are provided a polyester resin (A) including a compound of at least one element selected from the group 4 in the periodic table and satisfying the following expressions 1 and 2, and a polyester resin composition thereof. 0.01≤P/M1<0.2 ((expression 1)) and 50≤M2≤350 (expression 2), in which P is the concentration of phosphorus atoms in the polyester resin (mol/ton resin), M1 is the concentration of metal atoms selected from the group 2 in the periodic table in the polyester resin (mol/ton resin), and M2 is an amount in terms of metal atoms selected from the group 2 in the periodic table in the polyester resin (mass ppm).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
