PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet giving excellent tactile impression and having excellent scratch resistance and excellent coating adaptability during manufacturing, and a decorative plate formed by laminating the above decorative sheet on an adherend.SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes at least projections containing a resin formed on a base sheet, and has such characteristics that: (1) the projections have a height of 10 μm or more; and (2) the projections contain inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 11 to 30 μm by 10 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
