PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of an ink jet head, and to miniaturize the ink jet head by remotely vibrating a printing liquid filled in a hollow section in the ink jet head. CONSTITUTION:A hollow section in an ink jet 1 is filled with a printing liquid (a), and the quantity of the liquid ejected from nozzles 3 is replenished from a pipe 5. Vibration generating sections 7 are mounted at intervals from the head 1, one tips of thin strip bodies 8 for transmitting a vibration are connected to the vibration generating sections 7, and the other tips are inserted into a hollow body 2 from small holes 9 bored to the head 1. Vibrations are transmitted over the printing liquid (a) in the head 1 through the thin strip bodies 8 by vibrating the vibration generating sections 7, the printing liquid is pressed, and one part of the printing liquid is changed into printing-liquid drops a' and ejected from the nozzles 3. A plurality of the nozzles 3 are formed to the head 1 in a row while a plurality of thin strip bodies 8 communicating with the vibration generating sections 7 can also be disposed in plurality in response to each nozzle 3. |
