发明名称 APPARATUS FOR EVALUATING CATHODE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To find the optimum condition of thermal cracking, by mounting a vacuum furnace body for receiving a cathode material having a heater, a vacuum exhaust apparatus, the means for heating the heater by supplying a current thereto and a position sensible type proportional counter tube for detecting X- ray diffraction patterns from an X-ray source and the cathode material. CONSTITUTION:A crystal 21 comprising a three-component carbonate solid solution is applied to the substrate metal 22 fixed to one end of a cathode sleeve 24 having an inner diameter of about 1.3mm. and a heater 23 is inserted into the sleeve 24 to fabricate an indirectly-heated oxide cathode structure which is, in turn, used as a specimen. Three specimens are fixed to the specimen holding stand in a vacuum furnace body 36 and each heater 23 is connected to an application power source 37 in series while an anode is attached so as not to prevent the incidence of X-rays to perform thermocouple radiation. Further, the specimens are irradiated with X-rays from a rotating target tyep X-ray tube through a collimator 45 and a window 38 and the power source 37 is operated according to a program while diffracted X-rays generated in thermal cracking and activating stages are detected by a curved position sensible type proportional counter tube 32, and displayed and recorded by a peak analytical apparatus 33.
