PURPOSE:To prevent a rotary sleeve from seizure due to a wearing dust, by providing a wearing dust collector groove in a part, which generates a low pressure in a clearance between the internal periphery of a center housing and the rotary sleeve, and connecting said collector groove with a suction port through a wearing dust collector chamber. CONSTITUTION:A wearing dust of a vane 10 and a rotary sleeve 4 collects in a region 6a in a suction side being the low pressure side of a clearance between the internal periphery of a center housing 2 and the rotary sleeve 4. Here the region provides a wearing dust collector groove 20, while this collector groove communicates with a suction port 33 through a wearing dust collector chamber 23 having a filter 22. In this way, the wearing dust, collecting between the center housing and the rotary sleeve, is introduced to the wearing dust collector chamber by a negative pressure in the suction port and caught by the filter. |
