<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the transportation operation of furnace slag and to simplify considerably a treatment stage for the furnace slag by using a treatment device for the furnace slag of a moving type to recover the concentrate contg. iron at a high rate from various kinds of the furnace slag generated in the process for iron and steel making by disintegrating, screening, etc. CONSTITUTION:The crude furnace slag 11 is screened by a trommel 14 on a moving carriage 15 and large lumps are removed therefrom in the 1st stage 10. The balance is supplied to a crusher 24 on a moving carriage 25 and is crushed to obtain simultaneously the intermediate slag 26, 27 having large and small sizes in the 2nd stage. The slag 26, 27 are respectively magnetically separated to obtain the concentrate 32 having the extremely high content of the iron-component and the intermediate ore 32a having the high content of the iron-component. The ore 32a is supplied to the former of a rod mill 42 and vibrating screen 45 on a moving carriage 48 and is disintegrated. The disintegrated ore is divided to the plus sieve ore (crude concentrate 46) and minus sieve ore (intermediate ore 47) by the screen 45. Both are respectively magnetically separated so that the concentrate 52 having the extremely high content of the iron- component and the intermediate concentrate 52a having the high content of the iron- component are obtd.</p> |
