PURPOSE:To reduce the time and labor for image formation and to reduce the cost by applying photosensitive ion on a photosensitive surface and superposing a continuous gradation film thereupon, carrying out exposure, and removing the continuous gradation film from the photosensitive surface and washing unnecessary photosensitive ion from the photosensitive surface. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive ink 12 is applied on the photosensitive surface 13 and the continuous gradation film 11 is superposed for the exposure; and the continuous gradation film 11 is removed from the photosensitive surface 13 and unnecessary photosensitive ink 12 is washed away from the photosensitive surface 13. Thus, the continuous gradation film is used, so an image is controlled only by variation in the quantity of exposure and the image has smooth gradations reproduced. The photosensitive ink uses ink which reacts to ultraviolet rays and natural light such as ink formed by mixing a dye with photosetting resin; and the continuous gradation film uses a monochromatic film composed of polyethylene, etc., and the image is fixed having black-and-white gradations. Consequently, the time and labor required for the formation of a film are reduced greatly and the cost is also reduced. |
