摘要 PURPOSE:To improve control stability when an amount of learned correction is retrieved by providing hysteresis such that lattice axes, which divide operating areas to be retrieved, of parameters for operating conditions are enlarged toward two relatively opposite directions where the parameter is changed. CONSTITUTION:The control device includes a memory means B which stores both lattice axes dividing engine operating conditions into a plurality of areas by parameters, and an amount of learned correction to be made to a basic amount of control determined to each of areas encircled by the lattice axes, and also includes a retrieval means C which can retrieve a learned correction for an area corresponding to an operating condition. An amount of control is operate (E) based on an amount of correction for feedback which is set up (D) based on the deviation between a control target value and an actual one, and also based on a basic amount of control and an amount of learned correction. In this case, a judgement is made by a judging means I to the sored area of operating conditions so as to divid the operating area into two relatively opposite directions where the parameter is changed. And hysteresis is provided so that the lattice axes enlarge the operating area.
