PURPOSE:To execute the development of article data and the restoration development of drawing board data on the same position by providing the titled device with address management, conversion and reverse conversion means and an attribute discriminating means for edited data. CONSTITUTION:An image developing area is not formed on an MS 3 and the restoring/developing device 10 has an data attribute discriminating function, an address managing function and an output buffer in addition to an image data expanding/restoring function include in an ordinary restoring device and includes also a buffer for fetching image data (to be expanded) and article data restored into a character pattern and temporarily storing the results. Image development is executed in the restoring device 10 without using an image developing area prepared on the MS 3.
