PURPOSE:To enable the strong support of the whole internal surface of a thin wall straight pipe without any deformation due to external pressure and rotation by pressing in an axial direction resilient and hard rings alternately coupled to a support body for supporting the internal surface of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A resilient ring 1 and a hard ring 2 are alternately coupled to a support body 3 having a cylindrical exterior and pressed in an axial direction, thereby fixing the support body 3 to a straight pipe 'P' provided along said exterior with a clearance via the resilient ring 1 giving a sectional deformation between the internal surface of the straight pipe 'P' and the exterior of the support body 3. Or, the hard ring 2 is coupled to the support body 3 and this body 3 is hooked to the straight pipe 'P' with a means 4 such as a key freely guiding in an axial direction and unable to turn. And the resilient ring 1 coupled to the external surface of the hard ring 2 is pressed in an axial direction via the hard ring 2, thereby fixing the internal surface of the straight pipe 'P' fitted with a clearance along the external surface to the hard ring 2 via the resilient ring 1 giving a section deformation against the straight pipe 'P'.
