PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal pump device capable of preventing both pollution and deterioration of efficiency and performance.SOLUTION: A driving part 9 includes a plurality of air-core coils 20 facing a plurality of first permanent magnets 17 so as to generate a revolving magnetic field. A ring shaped permanent magnet 16a is provided on a partition wall 6, and faces a permanent magnet 15a. A ring shaped permanent magnet 16b is provided on an inner wall of a pump chamber 7, and faces a permanent magnet 15b. The permanent magnet 15a and the permanent magnet 16a are arranged in such a manner that magnetic poles of confronting surfaces are different from each other. The permanent magnet 15b and the permanent magnet 16b are arranged in such a manner that magnetic poles of confronting surfaces are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
