PURPOSE:To ensure the correct drive management by constituting the titled equipment with a transmitter main body and a code setting tool attached and detached to/from the transmitter main body, providing a generating means for an identification signal preset to the code setting tool and providing a means turning on a power of the transmitter main body automatically in loading the code setting tool thereby preventing the operation mistake of a driver. CONSTITUTION:The transmitter main body 30 and a generation means 6 for a preset identification signal attached and detached to/from the transmitter main body 30 and the code setting tool 34 having a means turning on the power of the transmitter main body 30 are provided. Until the code setting tool 34 is loaded to the transmitter main body 30, a power supply section 70 in the transmitter main body 30 is turned off. In loading the code setting tool 34 to the transmitter main body 30, a contact 73 in the transmitter main body 30 is closed to drive the power supply section 70 thereby turning on the power supply of the transmitter main body 30 automatically. Further, in removing the code setting tool 34, since the contact 73 is opened, causing the power supply to be turned off automatically.
