PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a mold for a long time and consequently contrive to reduce the production cost of condom by a method wherein a metal or wood mold, the dimensions of which are larger than those of a desired condom, is made so as to obtain a male master mold by filling clay therein and, subsequently, a plaster female mold, a clay male mold and again a plaster female mold are made in the order of mention so as to obtain a condom mold. CONSTITUTION:A plaster female mold is obtained by coating slurry, which is produced by mixing plaster of Paris and water in an equal amount, on a master mold so as to harden the slurry. A clay male mold is obtained by pouring mud-like clay in the plaster female mold, and removing it from the mold when hardened and manually repairing irregular portions. Again, a plaster female mold is obtained by utilizing the clay male mold, and dried. Slurry, which is produced by mixing ceramics for china and porcelain with water, is poured in the dried plaster female mold which is left stand to allow the plaster female mold to absorb the moisture. Said absorption of the moisture causes shrinking so as to have a dimensions smaller than those of a condom mold by some extent. Next, the condom mold which is released from the plaster female mold is air-dried and cleaned and, further dried so as to bring the water content of the condom mold to null. Next, the condom mold is calcined in an oven, and a mold for manufacturing a condom having the dimensions same as those of the desired condom is obtained.
