The differential amplifier includes a pair of differential input signal terminals, two current output terminals and transistor whose collector is connected to the first current output terminal. A second transistor has its collector connected to the second current output terminal. A third transistor has its collector and base respectively connected to the emitter of the first transistor and the emitter of the second transistor. A fourth transistor has its collector and base respectively connected to the emitter of the second transistor and the emitter of the first transistor. Two resistors are provided and a constant current source circuit connected to the emitters of the thrid and fourth transistors via the two resistors.
