PURPOSE:To make exchange of a test piece possible in tightly closed state by hanging down the test piece storing cylinder and a rotatable test piece exchanging rod in a specified inner cylinder hung down in a vessel body in which coolant is charged and enclosing the upper part of a testing part, and providing a test piece elevating rod to an output rod of the testing part. CONSTITUTION:The testing part 15 consisting of a striker passage piping 11 and the output rod 14 is hung down eccentrically in the inner cylinder 9 hung down in the inner vessel 4 storing a coolant 7 of the vessel body 1 of triple vessel structure, and the upper part thereof is enclosed. The test piece exchanging rod 25 is hung down rotatably at the center of the cylinder 9, and the test piece storing cylinder 27 is hung down fixedly at the eccentric position. Further, the test piece 28' is made insertable to a test piece fixing part 30 of the rod 14 fixed to a guide plate 26 having notch part at lower end of the cylinder 9, and almost arcuate groove part is provided at the position of the plate 26 corresponding to the cylinder 27, the part 30 to guide the piece 28' in the cylinder 27. One end of a test piece elevating rod 32 inserted through a vertically long groove 14c of the rod 14 freely slidably is projected outside the body 1. In this way, the piece 28' can be exchanged in tightly closed state of the body 1. |
