PURPOSE:To obtain a molding being excellently uniform in its shape, and being smooth and lustrous in its surface by blending silicone rubber polymer into polyolefin - vegetable fiber composition, and controlling the temperature of sizing die. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin - vegetable fiber composition is melt kneaded and made into pellets, and then silicone rubber polymer pellets are dry blended thereinto for producing a molding material. The molding material is supplied into a cylinder 1 from a hopper 4, and the kneaded by means of a screw 3 while heat melting it, further, introduced into a molding die 6 to be molded, thereafter, it is passed through a sizing die 7. At this time, the temperature of the sizing die 7 is controlled in the range of 80 deg.C-140 deg.C. Besides, the blending quantity of the silicone rubber polymer is made in the range of 1 pts.wt.-3.5 pts.wt. at the conversion of silicone quantity, relative to the 100 pts.wt. of the polyolefin - vegetable fiber composition. |
