<p>PURPOSE: To rapidly cause phase separation at a low rotational speed by providing a heavier phase collecting part and a lighter phase collecting part so that a maximum size of a chamber is equal to a length of the collecting parts as a whole. CONSTITUTION: Whole blood is introduced into the chamber 32 by a needle, etc., penetrating a partition wall 41 and then a device 30 is revolved around an axial line 76. After blood serum or blood plasma is separated, a valve 50 is opened to take out the lighter phase from a liquid charged in the chamber 32. In this operation, spring constant K1 of a spring 60 is selected in advance so as to resist movement of a ball 54 till prescribed pressure head is impressed to the ball 54. Increase of centrifugal force FC is converted to increase of force in a direction 49 and the valve is opened. Thereby lymphocyte can be recovered from cells part.</p> |
