<p>PURPOSE:To activate the number or lines required from a standby line group in matching with a week and a time zone by allowing a control means to detect in advance a weekday and a time zone when a throughput of each time zone of each weekday exceeds a reference throughput. CONSTITUTION:The above control system is provided with a statistic data storage means 13 receiving and recording a statistic data outputted from a control means 8 able to be connected by plural packet exchanges 4 and an arithmetic means 14 calculating a means value, a standard deviation and a probability density of a throughput at each time zone and at each week data from plural statistic data outputted from the control means 8. Moreover, the system is provided with a network management equipment 11 including a processing means 12 including an output function outputting the arithmetic result of the means 14 and a processing means 12 including a control function of the means 13, 14. Thus, the time zone in excess of a reference throughput is estimated for each weekday in terms of the theory of the probability and the standby line is activated before the throughput exceeds the reference throughput.</p> |
