PURPOSE:To prepare an excellent optical characteristic molding resin, keeping a satisfactory die lubricance by selectively spraying a silicon die lubricant only to a cavity part, and further spraying a non-silicon die lubricant at least to a pot part and a runner part. CONSTITUTION:A non-silicon die lubricant not including a silicon component is first sprayed over the entire surfaces of a pocket part between upper die 15 and lower die 16 for molding, a runner part, a gate part, and a cavity part 10-13. Then, a silicon die lubricant is sprayed only over the internal surface of the cavity part 13. Further, an optical system semiconductor chip to be molded is disposed on each cavity part, and the upper die 15 and the lower die 16 are superimposed and molded with transparent resin. Hereby, improved optical characteristic molding resin is yielded with satisfactory die lubricance. |
