An outdoor unit (100) for a heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system. The outdoor unit (100) comprises a compressor (2), a reversing assembly (3), an outdoor heat exchanger (4), multiple one-way valves, a throttling element (6), and a gas-liquid separator (9). The compressor (2) is provided with an exhaust opening (a) and an air return opening (b). The reversing assembly (3) comprises a first valve port (c) to a fourth valve port (f). A first end of the outdoor heat exchanger (4) is connected to the fourth valve port (f), and a second end of the outdoor heat exchanger (4) is connected to a second port (12). Each one-way valve comprises a communication end and a stop end. Each one-way valve is communicated in one direction from the communication end to the stop end. Also provided is a heat recovery multi-split air conditioning system provided with the outdoor unit.
