As the charging machine, an original charging machine Fwhich charges the raw material B into the cavity Cby compressed air and an exhaust charging machine Fwhich suction-exhausts the air in the cavity Cexclusively under a negative pressure, without penetration of an exhaustion tube into the cavity C, are used. The combination of the original charging machine Fand the exhaust charging machine Fgenerates a second air flow Sflowing from the original charging machine Fto the exhaust charging machine Fto allow charging of the raw material B in a uniform density throughout the cavity C. |
