METHOD OF WINDING YARN PLANNED STEPWISE AND PRODUCT PRODUCED BY SAID METHOD

PURPOSE: To obtain a filter suitable to exhaust fine particulate trap for diesel engine by winding yarns on a rotated mandrel in continuous stages. CONSTITUTION: One layer of yarns (A and B) is laid so as to form rhomboic shape holes on the rotated mandrel, and further, at least one layer of yarns (C and D) laid on the upper layer is bridged onto the holes of the precedingly laid layer as the rhomboic shape pattern piled on the above first layer so as to fully cover the holes of the first layer with each succeeding layer wall forming the rhomboic shape to wind the yarn on the mandrel from a yarn guide parallel reciprocatively driven to the axis of the mandrel rotation.
