<p>PURPOSE:To produce a coated thermal insulating material smoothly by using, as a film material, the laminate sheet film provided with the extensive wrinkle which is laminated with a metallic foil and a thermoplastic flexible sheet. CONSTITUTION:While placing the required amount of thermo-insulating and sound absorbing material 2 such as glass wool, etc. on the flat molding surface of a lower mold 16, the skin material 7 composed of the laminate provided with the extensive wrinkle 6 which is laminated with a metallic foil 3 and a thermoplastic flexible sheet, causing the adhesive 5 such as polyethylene thermal adhesive film to intervene therebetween, is caused to be in contact with the bending molding surface of an upper mold 1a correspondingly to its shape. The rear surface of the film material 7 is coated with the adhesive 8 such as e.g. rubber family binder, etc. The film material 7 and the thermo- insulating and sound absorbing material 2 are polymerized with the adhesive 8 intervening therebetween. At this state, each molding surface of the upper and lower molds 1a, 1b is heated at the set temperature of 180-240 deg.C for 0.5-5min, and then press is achieved.</p> |
