PREPARATION OF POLYAMIDE RESIN

The polyamide resin is prepared by mixing carbon black and fine particles of polyamide resin hving low melting point of 60-140 deg.C; dissolving the mixture in a solvent to produce a lump; drying off the solvent and pulverizing the lump to 500 m 4 mm size of fine particles; melt-mixing the fine particle with the polyamide resin mixture contg. carbon black master batch and polyamide base resin, where the amt. of carbon black is less than 30 wt.% with respect to the polyamide resin mixture. The obtd. polyamide resin has good mechanical properties and excellent electric conductivity. Pref. the solvent is methanol, ethanol, propanol or butanol.
