Est décrite une classe de composés de N-arylhétéroarylalkyle imidazol-2-one s'utilisant dans le traitement de troubles circulatoires tels que l'hypertension et l'insuffisance cardiaque congestive. Des composés d'un intérêt particulier sont des antagonistes d'angiotensine II de formule (I) dans laquelle A est choisi parmi (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) et (f), où m vaut un; où R1 est choisi parmi méthyle, éthyle, n-propyle, isopropyle, n-butyle, sec-butyle, isobutyle, tert-butyle, 4-méthylbutyle, 2-éthylbutyle, n-pentyle, néopentyle, phényle, méthylphényle, difluorophényle, benzyle, phénéthyle, cyclohexyle, cyclohexylméthyle, cyclohexyléthyle, cyclohexanoyle, 1-oxo-2-cyclohexyléthyle, benzoyle, 1-oxo-2-phénéthyle, 1-oxopropyle, 1-oxobutyle, 1-oxopentyle et 2-hydroxybutyle; où R0 est hydrido; où R2 est choisi parmi méthyle, éthyle, n-propyle, isopropyle, n-butyle, sec-butyle, isobutyle, tert-butyle, n-pentyle, isopentyle, néopentyle, phényle, benzyle, phénéthyle, cyclohexyle, cyclohexylméthyle, propylthio, butylthio, et hydroxyalkyle; où R3, R4, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10 et R11 sont chacun hydrido et R5 doit être choisi parmi COOH, SH, PO3H2, SO3H, CONHNH2, CONHNHSO2CF3, OH, (g), (h) et (i) où R42 et R43 sont chacun indépendamment sélectionnés parmi chloro, cyano, nitro, trifluorométhyle, méthoxycarbonyle et trifluorométhylsulfonyle; ou bien un tautomère de ceux-ci ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci. |
