PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and adhesion method in which the adhesion between a CFRP pipe and a metal part is firmly bonded by a 1 fluid type epoxy adhesive.SOLUTION: As shown in figure 1, both adhesion surfaces consist of the adhesion surface of a CFRP pipe 2 and the adhesion surface of a metal part 10 are made into a tapered face 7. Between the tapered faces, a 1 fluid type epoxy adhesive is filled to bury, and heated in a compressed state to harden; in order to make layer thickness of hardened adhesive layer thin, it is heated in a compressed state by hot air drier or the like to harden; as a result, the voids created in the hardened adhesive layer decreases and the adhesion strength also increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
