PURPOSE: Thin film transistor(TFT) liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to remove shot mura. CONSTITUTION: The thin film transistor liquid crystal display includes a glass substrate, intersecting gate bus line and data bus line, a gate electrode perpendicular to the gate bus line and the gate bus line running the center of the gate electrode, a source electrode comprised of a first pattern extending from the data bus line and overlapping the gate bus line to a predetermined length, a second pattern perpendicularly extending from the first pattern and overlapping one side of the gate electrode, and a third pattern perpendicularly extending from the first pattern and overlapping the other side of the gate electrode, a drain electrode being made of a pattern partially overlapping the other side and one side of the gate electrode opposing the second pattern and third pattern of the source electrode respectively, and a pixel electrode disposed in unit pixel area defined by the data bus line and gate bus line, wherein the unit pixel area is confined by area between the data bus lines and area both outsides of the gate bus line.
