PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the deterioration of security because a recording medium to be used for authenticating a user is shared by a plurality of persons.SOLUTION: An information processing system including one or more computers includes a first storage part for storing data which can be processed during a fixed period by the information processing system in response to an instruction of a user who is authenticated by using a prescribed recording medium lent to the user, and a determination part for determining whether or not the prescribed recording medium can be lent on the basis of whether or not it is estimated that the fixed period has elapsed in accordance with lending notification of the prescribed recording medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
