PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover device for a vehicle which enables various layouts of a vehicle luggage compartment.SOLUTION: A tonneau cover device 30 includes: a flexible tonneau cover 31; a take-up shaft 34 for the tonneau cover which takes up the tonneau cover 31 in a drawable manner; a flexible net member 36; a take-up shaft 39 for the net member which takes up the net member 36 in a drawable manner; and a case 40 which houses the take-up shaft 34 for the tonneau cover and the take-up shaft 39 for the sheet-like member.
