PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the vibration of a wound electrode group in a sheet outer sheath.SOLUTION: In a cylindrical secondary battery having a wound electrode group on which an electrode and a separator are wound around a shaft core, a sealed space for housing the wound electrode group is formed of: a first lid member fixed on one end of the shaft core; a second lid member fixed on the other end of the shaft core; and a sheet outer sheath fixed to the first and second lid members and disposed in a manner to cover the outer periphery of the wound electrode group.
