PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when temperature of a device is largely fluctuated in a short time, it is difficult to detect abnormality such as clogging of a passage in a heat sink on the basis of the temperature of the device.SOLUTION: A motor driving device 10 includes: a temperature detection part 26 for detecting temperature of the motor driving device 10; a temperature change calculation part 60 for calculating the degree of change in temperature with respect to time when the rotation number of a fan 22 is controlled to the lower rotation number than the normal rotation number; an abnormality determination part 62 for determining whether or not the degree of change is different from the pre-set reference; and an abnormal signal generation part 64 which, when it is determined that the degree of change is different from the reference, generates a signal representing that abnormality occurs in flow of fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
