PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system, a program and a recording medium for dental reservation capable of having a reservation state easy to comprehend and simplifying reservation as a matter of course as well as indicating the reservation state as statistical information by optimizing time allotment of a dentist or a dental hygienist based on suitable treatment time necessary for a treatment therefore capable of clarifying points of improvement for management and in turn systematically supporting operation efficiency improvement for a dental clinic.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A dental reservation device is composed by including: a treatment time setting unit for setting suitable treatment time for necessary treatment for each patient; a treatment time storage unit for storing information regarding the treatment time for each set necessary treatment; and a reservation setting unit for setting/changing a reservation for the patient based on the treatment time for each necessary treatment stored to the treatment time storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
