PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reconstructing an early embryo from a pluripotent stem cell and a TS cell.SOLUTION: A method for producing a trophoblast ectoderm-like alveolar structure of the present invention includes performing suspension culture of a mammal trophoblast stem cell in a culture medium containing FGF, a Wnt signal inhibitor, and non-gel water-soluble component of a basement membrane preparation. When a pluripotent stem cell is implanted into the trophoblast ectoderm-like alveolar structure obtained by the method for producing of the present invention, and the structure including the implanted pluripotent stem cell is transplanted into a uterus of a pseudopregnant non-human mammal, it nidates to generate an embryo.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
