The present invention relates to a waterproof construction method for an outer wall of an underground structure and, more specifically, to a waterproof construction method for an outer wall of an underground structure using a fixing method of an S-shaped waterproof layer. The waterproof construction method for the outer wall of the underground structure includes: a step of applying the waterproof layer; a step of applying an adhesion layer; a step of attaching a high density polyethylene film; and a step of applying a PE/PP sheet. The waterproof construction method for an outer wall of an underground structure can reduce construction costs and personnel expenses in accordance with integration production. The waterproof construction method for an outer wall of an underground structure can functionally provide impact resistance and dent resistance and can prevent a protection member, and a waterproof member from sagging at same time.
