A controller (103) is provided with a monthly target value acquisition unit (401) for acquiring a monthly target value for power, a display target value determination unit (402) for determining a term-based target value on the basis of said monthly target value, a power information control unit (405) for controlling power consumption information, and a graph creation unit (403) for creating a graph associated with power consumption and displaying either said term-based target value or said power consumption whichever is greater than the other by adjusting the upper limit of the divisions of said graph. |
