PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate having high sensitivity and excellent scratch resistance.SOLUTION: A photosensitive lithographic printing plate has at least a photocurable photosensitive layer and a protective layer in the stated order on a base material, with the photocurable photosensitive layer closer to the base material than the protective layer.
