The present invention is characterized in that a control pneumatic cylinder (9) for controlling brake unit lever shoes (1, 2) through the mediation of a primary transmission lever (11) in order to increase pressure force of brake lining to the brake disk (20) surface, is provided in a housing (8) of the rail vehicle disk brake braking unit. The lever shoes (1, 2) are pivoted in their central section through the mediation of a connecting part (3) of these lever shoes (1, 2) to a vehicle chassis frame. The first ends thereof are individually attached to brake lining holders (5). The opposite end (6) of the first lever shoe (1) is pivoted on a brake distance adjuster (7), which is further connected with the brake unit housing (8). The opposite second end (13) of the second lever shoe (2) is hinged through the mediation of the primary transmission lever (11) with a piston rod (15) of the control pneumatic cylinder (9). The primary transmission lever (11) is formed by a lever of the second kind, which has its first end (12) hinged in the brake unit housing (8). The piston rod (15) of the control pneumatic cylinder (9), being the force transmitting element, is attached to the opposite second end (14) of the primary transmission lever (11). The brake distance adjuster (7), being arranged between the brake unit housing (8) and the connecting part (3) of the brake unit lever shoes (1, 2), is provided with dust-protection bellows (24). |
