PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of holding Fe fine particle by also maintaining size stably without deterioration such as oxidation of Fe fine particle, and a structure capable of holding Fe fine particle on a surface layer for effecting a carbon-containing gas during producing a carbon nano-tube (CNT).SOLUTION: There is provided a holding structure 1 of Fe fine particle where the Fe fine particle 13 having a diameter of 5 to 20 nm each independently exists and is held on a substrate 3 with a condition that it is partially buried in a buffer layer 11 of a surface layer. There is provided a holding structure where the buffer layer 11 contains Si or Al as a main component. |
