FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayer gun for thermal spraying and can be used for producing multilayer coatings. Gun for thermal spraying contains removable nozzle tip to spray coating material and replaceable nozzle tip to spray coating material. Besides, gun comprises mutually replaceable nozzle tip to spray coating material. Gun for thermal spraying additionally comprises section of anode. Nozzle tip, when installed, is located further downstream relative to anode section. Nozzle tip open outer section or diameter are gripped for simple and automatic nozzle tip removal or installation. Gun system for thermal spraying contains gun (10) for thermal spraying and nozzle tip storage mechanism mounted on gun for thermal spraying. Besides, system of gun can comprise mechanism containing first and second nozzle tips. Mechanism is movable between first and second positions. In first position first tip to spray coating material is used. In second position second tip to spray coat material is used. Method of substrate coating uses gun (10) for thermal spraying. Proposed method comprises fitting nozzle tip on gun (10) for thermal spraying and spraying of coating material with nozzle tip. Besides, tip is removed from gun for thermal spraying and another tip is installed.EFFECT: technical result is simplification of gun operating changing mode to meet various multi-layer coating applications systems.40 cl, 14 dwg |
