PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication cut-off device and a communication system that can prevent the occurrence of malfunction or the like of each component and the whole of a communication network even if the state of an increasing band use rate continues.SOLUTION: A communication cut-off device comprises: band use rate setting means 10 for setting and storing an allowable band use rate in advance about each of electric apparatuses E1-E3; excess allowable time setting means 11 for setting and storing an excess band use allowable time in advance about each electric apparatus; band use rate detection means 12 for detecting a band use rate about each electric apparatus; determination means 13 for determining whether to cut off connection with a communication bus about each electric apparatus on the basis of the band use rate detected by the band use rate detection means, the allowable band use rate stored in the band use rate setting means, and the excess band use allowable time stored in the excess allowable time setting means; and communication cut-off means 14 for cutting off connection with the communication bus about a relevant electric apparatus on the basis of the determination result of the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
