PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is high in battery capacity, good in cycle characteristics, high in safety, and small in a gas generation amount.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a negative electrode containing a plurality of kinds of negative electrode active materials and an electrolyte containing a solvent and a salt. The negative electrode contains a silicon-based active material comprising SiO(0.5≤x≤1.6), as one of the plurality of kinds of negative electrode active materials, and the electrolyte contains any one or more selected from among propylene carbonate as the solvent, diethyl carbonate as the solvent, and LiBFas the salt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
